there is no 'best' as it's a matter of taste, and vary with the individual.

My personal preferences are:

Male: elite platemale, elite templar.
Female: istani.

There are no warrior armous I like in Factions or GW:EN.

Monument would be a good one if the male warrior wasn't wearing a skirt. That look just doesn't work with metal armor. Maybe on a Highlander-style armor a kilt would be okay, but not on the Monument armor. Seriously, it would have been the one redeeming set of warrior armor, but ANet had to botch it up with a friggin' skirt...

There's not an ounce of extra bodyfat on them.

Building that amount of muscle and level of fitness gets rid of all excess fat to make room for muscle you see.

Looks rough and ready-looks like this is a warriro that doesn't care about asthetics. He may look scruffy as hell but the armour does the job, and that's all he worries about.

As far as male wars: They are built like linebackers. A warrior should be like a cornerback: built for speed and endurance, able to go long distances on foot, and have the speed for close-in combat. A ranger is closer to the build a warrior should have.
